Summer shows are a great memory. With lots of emotions of anticipation, preparation and being able to show off all you've worked on through the months. This Buckskin horse was looking prime when I snapped the photo, later turning it in to a painting where my goal was to show the essence of that beautiful color with minimal strokes. The result was stunning, pallet knife work shines in this piece with raised, thick texture of paint against an abstract water color background.
